Customized Therapeutic Massage

Personalized massage and bodywork sessions designed to support relaxation, recovery, mobility, and overall well-being. Sessions may incorporate Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure, and assisted stretching, thoughtfully tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

60- and 90-minute sessions available.

A gentle, deeply calming treatment that works with the nervous system and subtle rhythms of the body to encourage relaxation, balance, and natural healing. Helpful for stress, tension, headaches, overwhelm, sleep difficulties, and emotional fatigue.

Sessions are generally 50-60 minutes.

My approach combines therapeutic techniques with a calm, intuitive style tailored to each client’s individual needs, with an emphasis on comfort, communication, and attentive care.

I trained at Somatherapy Institute in Rancho Mirage and am based in Cathedral City. I serve Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley with mobile massage and bodywork sessions in clients’ homes, hotels, vacation rentals, or wherever they may be.
